In these lessons, which take place in the University Stadium of Lisbon’s Swimming School, basic aquatic motor skills are developed and the main risks and safety procedures that must be respected in situations or activities carried out in an aquatic environment are taught.

- Monday and Friday - 9.45am to 10.30am
- 19t, 23, 26, and 30 May; 2, 6, 9, 16, 20, 23, 27, and 30 June 2025

- Monthly lessons: 50€
- Plus compulsory insurance of 1.18€

- 15% - Teachers, Researchers, Technical and Administrative Staff from Higher Education and ULisboa Alumni (must have a ULisboa Alumni Association membership)

Notes
- There are no partial enrolment options.
- The lessons take place in a 25-metre pool.
